TeamLynQ provides team communication, safety management, and content distribution
services. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and not to
misuse the platform.

2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and
for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect
unauthorized use.

3. Payment and Billing
You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected pricing plan. Payment is due on
a monthly or annual basis, as selected during signup. TeamLynQ reserves the right to
modify pricing with 30 days’ notice.

4. Termination
TeamLynQ reserves the right to terminate your access to the services for violations of
these Terms or misuse of the platform. You may also cancel your subscription at any
time, and cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeamLynQ shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform
