- Starter Plan ($99/month): Designed for small teams with up to 50 employees, includes 1,000
messages/month. - Growth Plan ($299/month): Ideal for medium-sized teams with up to 200 employees, includes
5,000 messages/month. - Accelerate Plan ($599/month): Best for growing organizations with up to 400 employees,
includes 10,000 messages/month. - Enterprise Plan (Starting at $1,000/month): For large teams with custom needs, includes 20,000
messages/month and advanced features.

TeamLynQ’s onboarding process involves carrier review and approval to ensure your team’s messaging complies with regulations. While we don’t offer a free trial, most teams can get started within 24 hours. Our team works closely with you to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Monthly Plans: Refunds are not provided for monthly plans. If you cancel mid-cycle, your
service will continue until the end of the billing period, after which the subscription will not
renew. - Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual plan, you will receive a prorated refund for unused
months based on the regular monthly rate (excluding the annual discount). Refunds are
processed within 7-10 business days.
- Upgrades: You can upgrade your plan at any time. Prorated credits for unused time on the
current plan will be applied toward the new plan, and the remaining cost will be charged
immediately. - Downgrades: Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued
for unused time in the current cycle.

regulations. We implement strict access controls to ensure your team’s communications are safe and
